Support Group Mission Statement
Our mission is to assist women with addressing the issues that are experienced while supporting a love one who is incarcerated and to support the transition of the release from prison. The members of the support group work together to achieve balance between prison life and personal life along with managing the emotional, financial and spiritual balance for self and the incarcerated. We are dedicated to empowering the women by having a network of women who share the same life experiences and we support by providing healthy living, stress management and coping mechanism for daily life. We also initiate and support legislative reform as it relates to better practices in prison and post release.
Families are the front line of support for the victims, but they also need their own support group. Read more
